Sometimes a smudge isn't enough, you have to team up with a salt bath to reorganize your thoughts and get back down to earth.
This epsom salt bath is filled with all of the wonderful oils in our Empath Shield Smudge Spray to combat an onslaught of negativity, energy vampires, and a nice protective bubble for my fellow introverts (high five from afar). A truly relaxing experience.
DIRECTIONS: Fill up dat tub with some hot water. Hotter still. There ya go. Sprinkle 2T in and submerge yourself. Need a little more? Go ahead and add some. Then, its PJ time.
