I originally created this for a friend who was struggling with some deep past hurt.
There's something about the ritual of bathing and the physicality of scrubbing that helps not only the body, but the soul feel so much better.
Even if your wounds aren't deep, who can't use a moment to remind themselves that they're pretty darn wonderful? That they're strong, capable, and ENOUGH as-is? Let this scrub act as a conduit. You can exist in a space where you are both loving yourself and working on yourself.
DIRECTIONS: With warm, damp skin, take a pinch of scrub and work between your fingers before applying it to your face, neck, shoulders. Lightly massage, taking care to avoid the delicate eye and mouth areas.
BONUS: you can also make it into a paste with water, let it sit for 10-15 minutes. After the time is up, gentle scrub in a circular motion and splash off. The sugar creates a gentle acid that helps reveal new, healthy, glowing skin beneath.
SCENT PROFILE: Herbal, spa-like, grounding and delicately floral.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar Bentonite Clay Sweet Almond Oil A blend of essential oils to calm and create a nice headspace :)
